On this day we encourage caravans, motorhomes and other campers to arrive.
Check-in is open for everyone from 14.00-24.00.
It is also open for check-in of tent campers Friday from 8:00 a.m
At 18.00 the square opens for people with free tickets.

Camping guests check out on Sunday.
As something new, we have some music to pack up for.
CAMPING
Experience a real festival atmosphere if you bring your tent. The tent site is sheltered on a natural plot, here you will stand up to birdsong and deer jumping. The area consists mainly of wild nature with small paths that lead you to the festival site. In the area there is also a large shelter, where you can have a quiet moment looking out over a natural area.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
When you arrive with your camping ticket (1 camping ticket per person) you will be assigned a place in the camping area. The campsite can accommodate approx. 200 units.
Toilet and bath
There are toilets and cold outdoor showers as well as the possibility to draw water in the area between the festival site and the camping area.
The shelter square
It is not possible to book the shelter site for overnight stays in connection with the festival. But here is the only place where you can light a fire at the campfire. It is therefore permitted to boil water and cook a light meal by the fire, but you must be considerate and give space to others. Remember to put out the fire after you!
Arrival
We recommend that you arrive on Friday ml. at 12.00-15.00 and that departure takes place no later than Sunday at 14.00.
Food
You can buy breakfast at the festival site between 8.00-11.00 Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Other meals can be purchased at the festival site during the festival.
Open fire
No bonfires, , grills or other use of open fire may be lit in the camping area, at the festival site. Also pay attention to cigarette shutters and use the buckets for shutters.

Wickmann festival needs volunteers for a wide variety of tasks.
We need volunteers in the days before the festival to solve practical tasks, many things need to be picked up/moved/arranged/repaired.
When the festival is underway, we need people behind the bar to sell beer/water/wine/coffee. Along the way, toilets must also be checked and, of course, general cleaning of the site before/during/after.
An information meeting is held where tasks are distributed, approx. a month, the event starts. In addition, a party for volunteers will be held once a year. Here, the association offers food, live music and fun. The association Wickmannsvenner holds other events where voluntary help is also needed, see more here.

We meet a couple of times before the festival to chat and have fun, and at this year's intro meeting there is live music. :-)
